We were just walking through downtown Salvador near Pelourinho with no plans… and suddenly, pré-Carnaval found us. 🥁

That’s the magic here. Before Carnaval officially begins, the city is already alive with cultural groups, music, and live performances in the streets. It feels spontaneous, but these artists are working — rehearsed, organized, powerful.
