With renowned Chef Ari White taking the helm as Culinary Director, Shallots Bistro is unveiling an entirely new menu, bringing a fresh culinary vision to one of Chicago’s premier kosher dining destinations.
And this is only the beginning.
The first selection of dishes is debuting this week, with new additions rolling out every few days until the complete menu is introduced.
Among the first offerings are Ari’s signature Brisket King Hoagie, Apple & Oak Smoked Yardbird, Barbacoa Beef Tacos, and Espresso-Rubbed Hanger Steak, alongside a variety of new appetizers and seasonal creations.
It’s an exciting evolution for Shallots, combining its established fine-dining reputation with Chef Ari’s creativity, experience, and distinctive approach to kosher cuisine.
