For our very first clinic spotlight, we will be highlighting ‘s cultural screening clinic! This week, leaders Priyenka Patel and Marissa Goswami shared their favorite aspects of being clinic leaders with us.

The SAMSA clinic operates twice monthly out of the in Metairie, providing free blood glucose and blood pressure readings to shoppers.

Last month, 14 of our students from the SCC represented Tulane at the Society of Student-Run Free Clinics (SSFRC) Conference in Chicago! 🌆💚

Our team delivered oral and poster presentations highlighting the impactful work happening in our student-run clinics — from advancing health equity to innovating models of community care🩺⚜️
