We got our students in the room with college admissions reps and let the magic happen. 9th graders to 12th graders, real conversations, real exposure, real futures taking shape.
By senior year this is not new. It is normal. That is the goal.

Exposure builds belief. Belief builds access. Access changes everything.

Yesterday, we closed out Women’s History Month the way we try to do everything at Academy Group: with intention, authenticity, and the right people in the room.

Women of AG: Perspective, Leadership & Impact panel brought together women from every corner of our ecosystem. Aja Parker, Zulmarie Hatch, Jessica House, Dinora Lozano and Chanel Coney. Different paths, different roles, one shared commitment to young people and to building something that actually lasts.

Confidence and access change everything. That is the through line of this work. Mindset. Mental wellness. Wealth-building. Showing young people what is possible by being living proof of it.

Women’s History Month ended. The work does not.

We were in Austin last week because the rooms being built there matter, and we refuse to be absent from them.

Academy Group co-sponsored dreambloc’s Wealth Camp at EDU. Our president was in the room. was at SXSW absorbing sessions on AI, adolescent development, and what it actually looks like when technology strengthens human development rather than replaces it. And Ismael El-Amin from AG Ventures was there too, mid-race on a journey that does not move in straight lines and does not apologize for it.

What stood out was not just the content. It was the confirmation that curated rooms are a necessity, not a luxury. Especially right now. Especially for our communities.

We are not watching the wave. We are in the water.

Grateful to Aniesia Williams and the Build in Tulsa team for the Build Together reception, a room full of intentionality where high-level connection met collective action. This is what ecosystem building looks like in practice.

Academic excellence pays off.

This fall, 94 Academy Group members earned the Excellence Bonus. $71K invested back into your futures.

68% of our college members earned a 3.0 GPA or higher. Juniors and seniors, you’re leveling up. Sophomores and freshmen, we’re building this together.

Every semester is a new opportunity. Keep pushing. Keep building. This is how wealth starts.

The Academy Group Boston is accepting 9th and 11th graders with at least a 3.0 GPA. A 14-year program from high school through college graduation, debt-free.

Up to $25K college stipend. Federal loan repayment. Paid internships. Private advising. National college tours.

Impact Report just dropped. 🎉

Nine years in, and the numbers tell the story: 100% of our high school students went to college. 90% graduated in six years. Our elementary students ran their own businesses this summer and banked $16K together for college. 12 of our alumni own businesses. 16 own homes or are about to.

This is what happens when you invest in yourself, your education, and your future.

To every Member, alum, and family who’s been part of this journey: you are building generational wealth. You are changing what’s possible.

2025 was full of proof. 🌟

Students turned lemons into college savings. Founders launched ventures rooted in community. Alumni showed up in new cities, new sectors, and new ways. From Ghana to Vienna, Chicago to Detroit (L.A and Boston too), our village kept building with purpose.

Across every age and stage, our community took real steps toward wealth that lasts. We saw young people lead with confidence. We saw educators create real change. We saw careers begin, mindsets shift, and networks grow.

We’re proud of what we built together this year. And we’re just getting started.
