Moving to a new country is exciting… until reality sets in.

It’s easy to feel lost, isolated, or even frustrated.

But culture shock doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you. It means you’re growing.
Here’s how to embrace it with grace...

• Acknowledge it – Don’t pretend it’s not happening. It’s okay to miss home.

• Stay connected – Find a community that understands. Talk to someone.

• Stay curious – Ask questions. Learn. Make mistakes and laugh at them.

• Don’t compare – You’re not behind. You’re on a new path.

• Give yourself time – You’re not supposed to “figure it out” overnight.
