In January 2013, EYTT held a supplies drive to bring much needed school supplies to students at the Flor de Bahia school in Bahia Ballena, Costa Rica. When EYTT students visited the school last summer, June 2012, the Director mentioned a great need for basic supplies. On January 23, 2012, EYTT volunteers made their way down to the community to devliver $200 worth of supplies. The first day of school was not until February 6th, so our partners in the community took the supplies and packed them into gifts to be given to the students with the greatest need. These supply packages were given to students today and we were told by our partners that the children were very happy. Thank you to our donors and those who gave to this cause. It's small things like this that can make such a HUGE difference in someone elses life.

HUGE Thank You to those who donated money or items to our last minute school supplies drive. EYTT volunteers will be leaving this Friday to Uvita, Costa Rica and bringing over $200 in school supplies to Flor de Bahia school in the community of Bahia Ballena.

When EYTT students visited last June, the school's Director communicated a significant need for basic supplies, considering the cost of such items are ridiculously inflated. We will report back to you when the supplies are finally delivered!

To give your tax-deductible donation to EYTT click on the PayPal link at the top of our webpage www.eytt.org.
