PCPA Chicago Member (and Former President) Elected Chair of the Illinois Board of Examiners

The Philippine CPAs of Greater Chicago (PCPA Chicago) proudly congratulates Leilani Rodrigo, CPA, CGMA, on her election as Chair of the Illinois Board of Examiners (ILBOE).

The Illinois Board of Examiners is the state agency responsible for evaluating educational qualifications, approving candidates to sit for the Uniform CPA Examination, and certifying successful completion of Illinois CPA examination requirements. The Board is composed of members appointed by the Governor of the State of Illinois.

Leilani was elected by her fellow Board members to serve as Chair for the term August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027.

This achievement reflects Leilani's longstanding commitment to the accounting profession and public service. As the Immediate Past President of PCPA Chicago, she has been an active advocate for professional development, leadership, and community engagement within the Filipino-American accounting community.

On behalf of the Officers and members of PCPA Chicago, we extend our sincere congratulations and best wishes for a successful term as Chair of the Illinois Board of Examiners.
