You have one week left to collect your remaining stamps and earn your spot at the PastPort After-Party!

That's plenty of time to knock out a visit or two (...or five). Pull up the venue list, pick a night, and go! Participating venues will continue stamping PastPorts through July 11th.

Already got your 9 PastPort stamps?

The Rosa's Lounge After-Party is July 12th, 3–6 p.m. Join us to celebrate this year's PastPort conclusion with swag, snacks, a live blues set, and your final stamp and completion sticker. Space is limited, so if you haven't registered yet, do it now: https://logansquarepreservation.app.neoncrm.com/nx/portal/neonevents/events?path=%2Fportal%2Fevents%2F42604

The Logan Square Arts Festival is looking for a few more volunteers to work as greeters and at the beverage tent this weekend! Every year, they generously donate a portion of the gate donations back to our organization. If you're able to pick up a volunteer shift, sign up here!

The Logan Square Arts Fest can only happen with our amazing crew of volunteers, and we love to see the community come together to help us facilitate the festival. Thank you for being part of this amazing event! Select your role and shift times below, then add them to your calendar to save the dates!...

“Logan Square Music: Lost & Found” is the theme of this year’s PastPort tour, set to run June 7 – July 7, 2026. Participants with a PastPort will be able to visit 10 spots with an emphasis on the endangered live music venues that have long been a big part of the neighborhood.

The venues on tap for 2026 are Burlington Bar, Café Mustache Cole's Bar, The Gallery Cabaret, The Native, O’s Tap _ Logan Square- Bucktown, The Owl, Reed's Local, Rosa's Lounge and The Whistler. The 2026 PastPort will also memorialize “lost” venues such as Crown Liquors, the Fireside Bowl stage, The Mutiny, Pancho’s/Township, Quenchers and Ronnie’s.

PastPorts will be available to all LSP members in good standing. Pick one up June 7 at our booth at the Logan Square Farmers Market, or June 11 from 4–7 p.m. at Fireside Bowl, which will be hosting an exhibit of posters and photos from its legendary grunge era.

Not yet a member? Join LSP for as little as $25 per year! logansquarepreservation.org

Logan Square Preservation is offering several historic wooden church pews from the former Fourth Congregational Church, the oldest congregation in our neighborhood, originally organized in the 1850s. Over the decades, the congregation occupied multiple buildings, with its final home built after the church at Shakespeare and Campbell tragically burned in 1924. These pews sat in that last sanctuary and have supported generations of community life, worship, and neighborhood history.

The church structure will be converted into 16 luxury lofts in the coming months. Rather than see the pews discarded, we’re hoping to place them in the hands of neighbors who appreciate their historic significance. Help us save these pieces of history from the trash.

Length: 13ft 4in (can be cut down to size)
Suggested Donation: $100
Pickup: Dec 13 from 9am-2pm
(Address for pickup provided upon confirmation)

Logan Square is shaped not by institutions, but by neighbors—people who show up, speak up, plant trees, protect our history, and care for the places that make this neighborhood feel like home.

Logan Square Preservation is a fully volunteer-led 501c3 organization, powered by people who give their time, energy, and heart to keep our community beautiful, historic, and grounded. As the year comes to an end, your support means more than ever. Every dollar you give stays right here in Logan Square—supporting the work that only a community can do.
