You all have been hitting us up nonstop for this so we are giving the people what they want. This Binder’s Stash bottle was picked exclusively for the 2026 Bourbon Bonanza. Distilled and bottled by Willett this 8-yr old wh***ey was aged in a barrel made from French oak and comes in at 148.2 proof making it one of the highest proof bourbons ever bottled by Willett. This is an extremely limited offering so they will go fast.

We’ve been trying to figure out what to say about this weekend, and honestly, we are still taking it all in.

When Bourbon Bonanza was revived in 2022, we knew this event was special. I don’t think we fully understood what it could become.

This weekend, the auction alone raised more than $650,000.
That number is incredible but what means even more to me is the community behind it.

To every chef, sponsor, donor, volunteer, friend and person who traveled from across the country to be there: thank you. You trusted the vision, showed up and made this thing bigger than we ever imagined.

We drank some unbelievable wh***ey, ate like kings, laughed a lot and did a hell of a lot of good along the way.

I’m exhausted. I’m grateful. And I’ve never been prouder of what Bourbon Bonanza has become.

That’s a weekend we will never forget. ❤️

THE MAN BEHIND THE WH***EY.

We couldn’t do Bourbon Bonanza without Willett and we’re proud to welcome Willett Master Distiller Drew Kulsveen back to the Bonanza.

Drew is a fifth-generation wh***ey maker carrying one of Kentucky bourbon’s most storied family legacies forward. As Master Distiller, he oversees the wh***ey coming out of Willett, including the Family Estate bourbons and ryes that have become some of the most sought-after bottles in American wh***ey.

And 2026 is a pretty damn big year for him. This summer, Drew filled the first barrel at Willett’s new Springfield distillery, opening the next chapter for a family that has been making wh***ey in Kentucky for generations.

For Bourbon Bonanza, though, Drew is more than a Master Distiller. He’s family. Willett has been woven into the fabric of this event from the beginning 11 years ago.

He will be there Saturday letting you try from seven different Willett Family Estate single barrels specifically selected for this event.

We’re fired up to welcome Jeff Knott of Tartan House as our official VIP Bartender for Bourbon Bonanza 2026.

Jeff knows wh***ey. He knows hospitality. And most importantly, he knows how to make sure a great pour turns into a great night.

VIP guests can expect Jeff behind the stick, pouring some special bottles, talking wh***ey, and bringing the kind of hospitality that fits right in with the Bonanza.

THE OG. THE COLLECTOR. THE GUY WHO ALWAYS BRINGS THE GOOD STUFF.

We couldn’t tell the story of Bourbon Bonanza without Bill Thomas.

Bill is the man behind Washington, D.C.’s legendary Jack Rose Dining Saloon, home to more than 2,700 whiskies and one of the most celebrated wh***ey collections anywhere in the world. But for us, Bill is much more than that. He’s been here since the beginning.

When the earliest Bourbon Bonanza events were coming together, Bill and the Jack Rose crew showed up with the kind of vintage wh***ey and impossible-to-find bottles that helped define what this event would become. Year after year, he has continued digging into the collection and bringing bottles you simply aren’t going to taste anywhere else.

Bill doesn’t just collect wh***ey. He knows its history, understands what makes a bottle important, and is willing to open the damn thing and share it. That spirit is Bourbon Bonanza.

Rare wh***ey. Great food. Great people. And using all of it to do some good.

MEET MIKE MILLER — DELILAH’S CHICAGO

If you know wh***ey, you know Delilah’s. And if you know Delilah’s, you know Mike Miller.

For more than three decades, Mike has been the force behind Delilah’s, the legendary Chicago institution that has become a pilgrimage for wh***ey lovers from around the world.

Long before bourbon became what it is today, Mike was championing great wh***ey, building relationships with distillers, hunting down incredible bottles, and creating a bar where punk rock, great people, and one absolutely ridiculous wh***ey collection could all live under one roof.

His influence reaches far beyond Delilah’s. Mike is a tastemaker, collector, historian, storyteller, mentor, and a true original who has helped shape modern American wh***ey culture.

Mike and Delilah’s have been part of the Bonanza family for years, and having him back in Louisville is something we never take for granted.

We’re damn proud to call him a friend and even prouder to have Mike Miller and Delilah’s back at Bourbon Bonanza.
