Xilin Association: Adult Day Care Service (ADS)

Xilin’s Adult Day Care provides therapeutic activities, health-related services, and an individualized care plan for medically and/or cognitively frail elderly adults. The activities are specially designed for seniors to prevent memory loss, create independence through a structured, secure, and therapeutic setting, and relieve caregivers from burning out. Our adult day care services include personal care plans that are developed and monitored by an onsite nurse, nutritional meals that are designed and monitored by a dietician, transportation arrangements upon request, an interdisciplinary team that works with participants and regularly communicates with family members on the participant’s progress, and more at an affordable price.
