The Race and Power analysis brings an innovative approach to address racism and racial inequality in the U.S. rooted in a framework for thinking about transformation power that emphasizes security, immediate political gains, building collective capacity, and transforming dominant narratives.

Quad Cities Interfaith Cohort member David Goodner has worked with Quad Cities area leaders to form Escucha Mi Voz, an organizing group focused on the needs of Hispanic and Latinx people. Recently, Escucha Mi Voz was the subject of a documentary from Univision titled "Rising Up in the Heartland: Latino workers fight for pandemic relief."
