Are you ready to grow as a leader in the legal profession? Applications for the Susan L. French Emerging Leaders Fellowship are open through June 5. This two-year program is designed for ALA members committed to strengthening their skills while shaping the future of the profession.

Participants receive a free registration and travel stipend to ; one-on-one coaching with leadership expert Judy Hissong, CLM, PCC; a six-week communication workshop with Debbie Foster; coaching and mentorship development with Mollie Farrell, JD, ACC, CPC; and mentorship from a current fellow.

In year two, fellows continue their growth through advanced experiences and give back by mentoring the next cohort.
