We’re proud to do this work and wish to continue funding applicants, but at this time the volume of need is greater than our funding allows. The members of the board have made the difficult decision to close our applications (for now) due to lack of funding. Renewal applications will continue to be processed as long as funding allows, and the referral request for in network or pro bono care will continue to be available.

We are so grateful for our monthly donors who are keeping this important work going and providing funding for our program participants' mental health supports. This means the world to us and even more to them.

Raffle Prize #2: 90-minute somatic yoga workshop led by Sithara Stoh for up to 6 people 🧘 (either virtual or in person):

The goal of this workshop is to provide space for practical and kinesthetic learning of your body’s patterns and needs. Through the use of movement and mindfulness, you will experience a deeper understanding of the connection of movement to multiple aspects of your lives. You will engage in dialogue and basic education related to these topics, and have space for personal exploration. You will leave this session with tools for your own self-care as well as reflections on the importance of movement in healing communities!
