Welcome to our March 26 crew + our SECOND paramedic! What a whirlwind start to the month, and we are so touched to see everyone being so inclusive and making sure our newest paramedic felt right at home and part of everything! While he moves on to for the second half of his amazing experience, we will keep holding down the fort and enjoying a beautiful spring in Chicago! Welcome everyone, more to come! .dgina

Hard to believe we’ve already completed the first month of the year with this fantastic crew! We braved the cold together, had lots of fun learning and enjoying our great city and friends, and want to thank everyone for starting the year off right! Very honored to share that founder and director Dr. Asrow will be the inaugural speaker for the brand new Rosalind Franklin University (formerly known as Chicago Medical School) Global Health Grand Rounds this upcoming Wednesday, January 28 at 12pm CST 👩‍⚕️ and the best part, it is free and open to all!

Happy 2026!!! Here’s a belated look at our strong finish to 2025 and a little extra reminder of holiday cheer as we push through the winter! What a way to finish our THIRD year of back in action!!! We are so thankful for all of our participants and supporters, and are excited for lots more learning, fun, and new adventures this year! We wish our fabulous December crew the best on their return home, and our hopes for a peaceful, happy, and healthy new year!!! While we are thankful year round for our EMGLEX family, we make special note each year celebrating Thanksgiving together 🦃 this year was no exception! We had a wonderful November enjoying everything Chicago has to offer, and we’re continuing our gratitude streak with our newly arrived December crew, who will round out the THIRD year of EMGLEX back in action!! We hope everyone had a happy, spooky, and safe Halloween 👻! We had a fantastic time together this October, full of fun and learning, and some extra pumpkin 🎃 spice fun together! Wow! What an incredible month we had this September! Between with friends old and new, beautiful Chicago weather, lots of learning, and lots of fun, it’s hard to believe it’s over.
