Seeking Patient Support Specialists!
At IWS Family Health, Patient Support Specialists help make every visit a positive experience, from the moment a family walks through our doors.
We’re looking for an organized, compassionate team member who can connect with patients, help them navigate services, and keep the registration process running smoothly as we expand to our third Chicago location later this year.
In this role, you’ll:
- Welcome and assist patients onsite
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up care
- Update patient and insurance information
- Help families with Medicaid and benefit applications
- Support patient portal enrollment
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
We’re looking for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish, has at least two years of clinical or customer service experience, and brings strong communication and organizational skills to the role.
The position pays $18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.
