We had an amazing event at Four Star Mushrooms. This was a new way to learn about all of the different species and grow mediums, and preparation of quite a variety of different . Quality control and HVAC are of utmost importance. It was exciting to see the level of restaurants and Chefs they support, and to learn how resilient individuals and companies can be. &D

Our annual Spring conference that was scheduled for San Diego 2023 will not take place.

But good news, we are supporting our membership base in different capacities to provide year-round value, education, and networking opportunities. RCA is focusing on supporting Regional and Super Regional Events throughout the year vs one annual conference.
