Earlier this Spring, the NEIU Justice Studies Department in collaboration with hosted a screening of “Stateville Calling”, an Emmy-nominated film exploring parole reform and the struggle of aging inmates in the State of Illinois. Also in support was newly elected 25th Police District Council member .
Lets continue the fight to end mass incarceration and ensuring police accountability!
