Fall Cohorts Are Launching Soon — We're Looking for Leaders

Do you have a passion for helping others grow? Is there a topic that has shaped your faith or ministry that you'd love to explore with other women?

This fall, Women Ministries is launching another season of online cohorts, and we're looking for women who are willing to lead a 6–8-week group.

The best part? You get to choose the focus. Your cohort might center on topics like:

Parenting
Self-Care
Lectio Divina or other spiritual practices
Pastoring or ministry leadership
A book or Bible study
Faith and everyday life
Or another area you're passionate about

You don't have to be an expert. You simply need a heart to facilitate conversation, encourage others, and create space for women to learn and grow together.

We'll help connect you with participants from across the Evangelical Covenant Church, promote your cohort, and support you throughout the experience.

Sometimes all it takes is one "yes" to create a meaningful community where women are encouraged, challenged, and transformed together.

Truth Rising (Chuck Colson & Focus on the Family)

When: Tuesdays, 5:00–6:00 PM AK Time
Dates: March 24 – April 21, 2026
Format: Weekly on Microsoft Teams

This cohort will engage biblical truth and worldview formation in a thoughtful, discussion-based format. Participants will explore how Christian truth shapes culture, leadership, and daily faithfulness.

Note the time is based out of Alaska!

Format: Weekly on Zoom

Rooted in Ann Voskamp’s The Broken Way, this cohort invites participants into a deeper understanding of surrender, gratitude, and living as “broken and given” for Christ. Expect rich conversation and personal spiritual reflection.

Women Ministries is excited to launch Cohort-Style Women’s Bible Studies this spring, creating intentional spaces for women to grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and engage Scripture together in a deeper way.

This Thanksgiving, we pause to give thanks for the women who connect, support, and mobilize others for Christ across the Covenant Church.

Growing Together!

We are launching WM Cohorts in 2026, spaces where women can gather across churches and conferences to grow in faith and leadership.

Each cohort will focus on a specific theme or season of life, helping us connect deeply, learn together, and live out our callings.

Next year, Women Ministries will partner with 10 Mission Projects! Connecting us to ministries happening in and through our Covenant family. It's tangible ways for Covenant women to make a difference together!

Each month, we’ll spotlight a ministry doing incredible work in the world. We’ll pray, give, and celebrate what God is doing through His people.

Together, we’ll be Mobilizing Women for Christ, not just in word, but in action. More details coming soon!
