In occupied Oleshky, people are running out of food, water, and medicine. The last food supplies reached the area in late May. Today, residents are forced to eat weeds just to survive.
This is not the first time russia has used hunger against Ukrainians to try and starve hundreds of thousands.

🇺🇦 Ukraine is ready to evacuate civilians.
🇺🇳 The International Committee of the Red Cross has confirmed its readiness to participate.
🚨 russia is refusing to allow the humanitarian evacuation to proceed.

More than 6,000 people remain in Oleshky and the surrounding area, including children. Civilians face shelling, drone attacks, and a lack of basic necessities.

🇺🇦 DON’T LET OLESHKY BE FORGOTTEN.

🇺🇦 rUSSIA IS BLOCKADING OLESHKY. CIVILIANS ARE TRAPPED.
The last humanitarian aid reached Oleshky on May 26. Since then, around 6,000 civilians have been left to survive by growing their own food — but with winter approaching, that will soon become impossible.

👉russian forces are purposely preventing civilians from escaping, hunting people with FPV drones, and laid mine fields around the city. For four years the residents have lived without reliable gas, electricity, or water. Now russia is attempting genocide in the 21st century.

Oleshky is under a Russian blockade, and civilians are running out of ways to survive.
We are rallying to expose russia’s crimes against civilians in Oleshky and demand urgent international action.

❗️COME. SPEAK OUT. KEEP ALL EYES ON OLESHKY.

This took less than two minutes and has the potential to save hundreds of lives in Ukraine.

We only have until this Thursday to pass the Sanction [r]ussia Bill in the House of Representatives. It has already passed the Senate with a supermajority and could be the first standalone Ukraine legislation enacted since President Trump returned to office.

This would create a significant dent in [r]ussia's war machine economy and is the single most significant thing you can do to help stop the war.

This may sound like an overstatement to some, but if your two-minute phone call has the potential to save even a single life, thats's a phone call worth making.
