Our Alliance-Illinois team showed up for Brave Space Alliance’s Dignity Dash with 12 participants, incredible energy, and an amazing community spirit.

Together, we surpassed our fundraising goal helping support BSA’s identity-affirming programs and services.

THANK YOU to everyone who walked, ran, biked, donated, volunteered, and cheered us on throughout the day. We’re grateful to be part of such a supportive community and can’t wait to do it again next year 🤩🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚴

Coming off a non-stop schedule of pride events, our very own President Brian Somera sat down with Chicago Agent Magazine to discuss the mission of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and the importance of advocacy and allyship 🥰

Far too often, when the calendar flips to July, the focus on these topics and our community is put back on the shelf until June rolls around again.

Another great evening of networking, community, and collaboration during Pride Month! 🌈

A huge thank you to the Chicago Association of REALTORS’s D77 Committee for partnering with the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance Illinois Chapter on this month’s Community Meetup, and to Lark for hosting us on their beautiful patio.

It was wonderful reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new agents and industry professionals, and sharing more about the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, our mission, and ways to get involved here in Illinois.

Partnerships like this help us strengthen relationships across our industry while continuing important conversations around advocacy, fair housing, and creating a more inclusive real estate community.

We’re still riding the Pride Month energy 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Pride Wrigley Pre-Game Social this week. It was great seeing familiar faces, meeting new friends, and spending time together before heading to the Cubs Pride Celebration.

Pride Month is always a busy one for our chapter, and we’re grateful for every opportunity to come together, celebrate our community, and strengthen the relationships that make our organization so special.
