We’re a diverse group of Jesus followers, a mosaic of cultures, ethnicities, beliefs, and backgrounds saying yes to follow where we believe God is already leading; A collaborative discipleship movement, rallying all parts of the Church to reimagine how we form the faith of young people — together. We don’t agree on everything, but what we have in common is clear: Young people matter to God, the ch

urch, and us. Motivated by John 17:20-23, dozens of Christian leaders have prayed for three years about how God can use the unity of the body of Christ to accomplish what we could not achieve on our own. Energized by these hopes, a collaborative team of leaders from the Fuller Youth Institute, Life. Church, the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry, Orange, Pinetops Foundation, and the Urban Outreach Foundation is guiding TENx10's efforts to change how we disciple young people.

You’re probably already seeing it. Not in statistics, but in real conversations, quiet withdrawals, and moments where you weren’t sure what to say.

And the research backs up what you’re noticing. Rates of anxiety and depression among young people have been rising steadily for over a decade. The U.S. Surgeon General has called loneliness a public health crisis. Research suggests 75% of all anxiety disorders develop before age 21.

You don’t have to have all the answers to make a difference. Showing up, consistently and calmly, matters more than you think.
