Why would the hall need a skid steer? Why would it need to be pinstriped? Why would it need to have lights put on? Was it paid for by the health and welfare funds? Or maybe by hard earned dues monies? But if it wasn't.... why is it taking up a potential rental parking spot? Why is our health and welfare fund (that owns the union hall losing potential rental income for personal gains?

HANCOCK’S CORRUPTION: DON’T LET HIM DRAG OUR UNION DOWN WITH HIM
Terry Hancock doesn’t spend time with the members that he’s supposed to represent. But he’ll always show up for corrupt politicians and employers.

While Hancock was Joint Council Secretary-Treasurer in charge of the Joint Council Task Force, Tom Cullerton received more than $248,000 for a no-show job.

In 2017, Hancock described Cullerton as "an upright and honest citizen" and a "reliable and concerned state senator." (Source: https://www.npr.org/local/309/2019/04/10/711948131/feds-subpoena-illinois-state-senator-s-records-in-teamsters-criminal-probe) .

No wonder a federal judge in another court case that Hancock was tied up in said he was “not credible…Overall the court is not persuaded that Hancock was fully truthful…” (Source: Case No. 19 C 8075, Blevins et al v. International Brotherhood of Teamsters et al).

Cullerton was found guilty. John Coli was found guilty. With friends like these, it’s just a matter of time until Hancock goes down too.

Don’t let Hancock drag our union down with him. Use your vote this Fall to put an end to Hancock’s corruption and make our union strong again.

CONSTRUCTION TEAMSTERS SCREWED BY TERRY HANCOCK'S BACKROOM DEALS
Construction wages in Local 731 are the lowest for any Teamsters in the Chicagoland area - by far.

Meanwhile, Terry Hancock has raised his own salary to more than $320,000 a year – the highest for any Teamster official in the Chicagoland area by far.

In Construction Terry Hancock let the employers cap our pensions at 20 years. Meanwhile, he pays himself four separate pensions with payouts totaling more than $12,000 per month. (Source: LM2 2021, 990 2021)

Construction Teamsters are tired of a “leader” that only takes care of himself and settles substandard deals for the members.

Construction Teamsters in Local 731 can do better on wages and pension – but only if we get rid of Hancock.
