💙 Happy Direct Support Professionals Week! 💙

This week, we celebrate the incredible DSPs who are at the heart of what we do at Magic City Enterprises.

Every day, our DSPs show up with compassion, patience, creativity, and dedication. They support people in building independence, achieving goals, connecting with their community, trying new things, and living the lives they choose.

The work isn’t always easy, and so much of what DSPs do happens in the everyday moments that others may never see. But those moments make a tremendous difference.

To all of our DSPs: THANK YOU. Thank you for the encouragement you give, the challenges you help overcome, the successes you celebrate, and most of all, for the difference you make every single day.

We appreciate you this week—and all year long.
