Wow... Threads of Hope was absolutely BUSY today! 🍁✨
Our hearts are completely full tonight. We are so incredibly grateful for this beautiful community that showed up for us in two huge ways today. From hanging out this morning at the Community Action of Laramie County, Inc.Trunk or Treat to wrapping up the evening at Cheyenne Cruise Nights, your support means everything.

Threads of Hope is building something truly special for foster youth in our community. They say it takes a village, and we are profoundly thankful to have such an amazing, dedicated Board of Directors standing in our village.

Today, I want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate our incredible Executive Director at Threads of Hope, Jillian Reagan! 🧵❤️

Jillian, where do I even begin? You are an absolute powerhouse, and I don’t think you get enough credit for everything you do, everything you take on, and the heart you put into this organization every single day.

Before you became Executive Director, you served as Deputy Director. Before that, you were a member of the Board of Directors. And through every chapter of your journey with Threads of Hope, you have continued to show up, step up, and give your all to a mission that means so much to so many people. When Threads of Hope needed you the most, you stepped forward and embraced the challenge. You didn’t just take on a title; you took on the responsibility, the challenges, the changes, and the opportunity to help lead this organization into its next chapter. THAT is leadership! 👏❤️

One of the things I admire most about you is your attitude toward making things happen. At Threads of Hope, it feels like everything is a YES! Whether it’s a new idea, a new opportunity, a way to support our foster children and youth, or another way to show up for the families we serve, you are willing to think outside the box, find solutions, and figure out how we can make it happen. You don’t just see what Threads of Hope is today; you see what it CAN become tomorrow. That vision, determination, and willingness to keep pushing forward are what make you such an incredible leader.

And let’s be honest: the work we do is not always easy. Leading a nonprofit that serves foster children, youth, and families comes with challenges, unexpected turns, and days when there is a lot on your shoulders. But you continue to show up with passion, determination, and a heart for this mission. You remind us that Threads of Hope is about so much more than an organization. It’s about people. It’s about families. It’s about making sure children and youth know they matter, that they are supported, and that there are people willing to stand in their corner. ❤️

I also want to recognize the incredible teamwork between you and our Deputy Director, Nathaniel Williams! 🙌🔥

You two are truly the DREAM TEAM! 💪❤️ The way you work together, support one another, share ideas, tackle challenges, and continue moving Threads of Hope forward is something special. Leadership is not just about having a position; it’s about building relationships, trusting your team, encouraging new ideas, and working together toward something bigger than yourselves. And that is exactly what makes this team so powerful.

Jillian, you bring the vision, the determination, and the leadership. Together with Nathaniel and the rest of the Threads of Hope team and board of directors, you are helping build something that has the potential to make a lasting difference throughout our community and across Cheyenne. There is so much ahead of us, so much work to do, and so many opportunities to make a difference, and I am excited to see what this team accomplishes next! 🚀❤️

Today, on Boss’s Day, I hope you know how appreciated you are. I hope you know that the hours you put in, the decisions you make, the challenges you take on, and the heart you pour into Threads of Hope do not go unnoticed. 🎃 Get ready for a spooky good time at the Cheyenne Halloween Hop! 🎃

Join the community on Saturday, October 24 for a full day of trick-or-treating, supporting local vendors, and festive family fun across Cheyenne, Wyoming! 👻✨

Whether you want to grab treats from local businesses, check out cool cars, or visit the fire station, this map has something for everyone. Threads of Hope thought a map would help a busy family day easier to navigate!

We will see everyone next weekend at the Sweater Weather Vendor Event!

A back seat packed with hope! 🚗✨ We just delivered a full load of "Bags to Belonging" to the Wyoming Department of Family Services.
Imagine a foster family getting a placement call in the middle of the night. A child is abruptly removed from their home for their own safety, arriving with absolutely nothing. In those chaotic, heartbreaking moments, the last thing a foster parent should have to worry about is running to the store for basic necessities.

That is why our Executive Director, Jillian Reagan, and Deputy Director, Nathaniel Williams, launched Bags to Belonging. We bridge the gap by providing immediate essentials, allowing families to focus entirely on comforting the child.
