Hands in Harmony

Hands in Harmony Dedicated young people who speak and sing with their hands for those who hear with their eyes. Vocabulary building is a part of the weekly group rehearsal.

Perfecting the art of "sign-singing," the young people of the non-profit Hands in Harmony use choreographed sign language to speak to the hearing impaired, to enhance the sound presentation for the hearing, and as a vehicle to reach all audiences with their message. By combining music and sign with prerecorded sound tracks and dance, Hands in Harmony creates a total entertainment package that brin

gs a unique treat to audiences of all ages. These young people, ages 4 to 19, are required to attain a level of sign language proficiency before ever appearing on stage.
