Wyoming 2-1-1, Inc. Wyoming 2-1-1 is a statewide helpline and website which provides free, confidential health and human services information and referral.

Wyoming 2-1-1 is a nonprofit which helps residents navigate over 2,500 programs providing essential services—from finding food and shelter to securing adequate care for a child or an aging parent. We're a small nonprofit, funded mainly through grants and donations, with an enormous reach and an enormous heart. Launched in 2011, Wyoming 2-1-1 is the only comprehensive statewide provider of information and referral for Wyomingites, working with over 880 agencies and nonprofits. Our mission is to provide comprehensive information and referrals regarding Wyoming health and human services and to assist Wyoming communities with disaster preparedness and response.

As temperatures begin to drop, heating costs can take up a larger part of the household budget.

The Wyoming Low-Income Energy Assistance Program, or LIEAP, helps eligible Wyoming families, seniors, and individuals pay a portion of their winter home heating costs. Applications for the 2026–2027 heating season open to all eligible households on October 1 and will be accepted through April 30, 2027.
