Southern Wyoming Realtors Association and ForMak are happy to welcome Tails for Tales at some local schools this Monday, August 24th to help remind drivers to slow down!

FOUR PAWS, ONE VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE!

School is back in session! And on Monday, August 24, some very special furry friends from Tails for Tales will be hanging out at some local schools to help welcome everyone back! 🐶

These pups may be experts at books, belly rubs, and making people smile, but on Monday they have another important job — reminding drivers that our kids are back at school! 🐾

So if you see some wagging tails at a school crosswalk, give us a smile, a wave, and most importantly... slow down and keep an eye out for our little ones.

Here’s to a new school year filled with happy kids, safe crosswalks, and lots of wagging tails!

Tomorrow is Wyoming’s Primary Election — take a few minutes to exercise YOUR RIGHT to VOTE. Many races will be decided in the Primary, so don’t sit this one out — your vote matters!

Don't know if you're registered? No problem - in Wyoming you can register at the poll!

Want to come prepared? Study the sample ballot before heading to the poll. Goshen and Laramie counties have propositions they'll be voting on in addition to candidates for elected offices.

That means it’s almost time for one of our favorite Southern Wyoming REALTORS® traditions — our annual Back-to-School reminder, happening August 24th!

In partnership with ForMak, we’ll be out in the community helping remind drivers that school is back in session and they should watch for kids.

Sign up for a shift at the link below, grab a sign from our office (500 E 18th St), head to your assigned school zone on August 24th, bring your best wave, and remind drivers to SLOW DOWN — SCHOOL ZONE — WATCH FOR KIDS!

WHERE DID SUMMER GO?!

Seriously…weren't we just kicking off summer? But somehow, August 24 is right around the corner — which means it’s time for our annual Back-to-School tradition!

You know the drill -- Grab a sign, find your school zone, wave at some drivers, and remind everyone to SLOW DOWN — SCHOOL ZONE — WATCH FOR KIDS, and, of course, bring your best wave.

For those of you who have joined us year after year — THANK YOU. Your willingness to show up, be visible and help keep our community’s kids safe is exactly what makes this campaign so special. If you’re new to Cheyenne, welcome to one of our favorite ways to show up for our community ....it’s easy, fun, and a great way to make a difference.

We invite YOU to sign up for a shift, stop by the SO|WY Office to pickup a sign (5oo E 18th Street), and show up at your designated spot on August 24th.

Let’s kick off another school year the way we know how — together, outside, waving signs and making sure our kids get where they’re going safely.
