Celebrate Homeownership Month with Us!

Throughout the month of June (Homeownership Month), we're hosting a weekly photo contest and giving away $100 to one lucky winner!

Here's how it works:
1. Each week we'll announce a new category.
2. Post a photo and share your story that fits the category in the comments below.
3. One winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries and announced on our social media channels each week.

This week's category (June 7 - June 13) is Favorite Gathering Space - the kitchen, dining room, patio, or another place where family and friends come together. We can't wait to see the spaces you love to Gather.

Over the past weeks, we've heard from many residents who want more information about data centers and their potential impacts on Cheyenne and Laramie County.

In response, we've created a new Data Center Information page designed to bring together publicly available information, local sources, community concerns, permitting processes, workforce opportunities, environmental topics, and frequently asked questions in one place.

This resource was built to help make information easier to access and understand. Wherever possible, we've included source documents, links, and references so residents can review the information directly and draw their own conclusions.

We know there are strong opinions and important questions surrounding this topic. Our goal is not to tell people what to think, but to provide a transparent, source-based resource that supports informed community conversations.

Members of the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS® will be at both Albertsons store collecting non-perishable food and personal hygiene items for Cheyenne area Food Pantries.

Stop by and we'll will greet you and hand you a shopping list to help guide your donations. Once you've completed your shopping, drop your donations off with a volunteer at the door and we'll be certain your donation is delivered to the Cheyenne Day of Giving Youth Event and on to a local food pantry.

Where: Both Cheyenne Albertsons locations

CBR REALTORS® and Affiliate members will be on-site at the Albertsons stores with shopping lists to help guide your donations. Simply drop off your items with a volunteer as you exit the store. All donations will be delivered to the Kiwanis Community House where Youth Volunteers will sort and distribute the items to local food pantries and shelters.

This collaborative effort highlights the power of community and compassion. Let’s come together to support our neighbors in need. Every donation—no matter how big or small—makes a difference.

The Cheyenne Board of REALTORS® (CBR) is proud to support the annual Youth Day of Giving Food Drive on Thursday, May 7th, continuing its partnership with Cheyenne Day of Giving.

Led by Cheyenne Day of Giving board member Brady Koerwitz and youth volunteers, the event aims to combat food insecurity and inspire community service among local youth.

We invite the entire Cheyenne community to join us in this important effort. Every donation—no matter how big or small—makes a difference to families in need.
