Did you know that since 1977 Laramie County voters have approved the 5th Penny Tax? Let's continue the legacy of giving back to our community!
Want to learn more about the 5th Penny and how these funds support our community? Representatives from organizations that receive and distribute 5th Penny funds will be at the Laramie County Library System this Thursday October 29th from 4:30PM-8:00PM.
