Three LCCC IHSA Equestrian Team riders qualified for regional competition. Anna Bossman competed in Limit Hunter Seat Equitation Over Fences; Molly Koslosky rode in Limit Hunter Seat Equitation on the Flat, and Annaliese Kassens competed in Novice Hunter Seat Equitation on the Flat. All three riders had personal best rides, but none advanced to Zones.

The LCCC IHSA Equestrian ended its English riding season in Fountain, Colorado on March 8. Results include:
- Devin Nerone – 5th, 5th,
- Anna Bossman – 5th, 6th
- Molly Koslosky – 2nd, 4th,
- Annaliese Kassens – 6th
- Tori Donovan – 5th
- Michael Plohr – 3rd

The LCCC IHSA Equestrian Team braved winter weather for the Frozen Follies English Horse Show in Fountain, Colorado. Michael Plohr competed in his first English Horse Show, survived the blizzard, and picked up points both days. Anna Bossman and Annaliese Kassens point up and qualified for Regionals. The team is coached by Deeda Randle. Results from February 15-16:
- Devin Nerone - 2nd, 4th, 4th, 3rd
- Molly Koslosky - 3rd, 3rd, 4th, 6th
- Anna Bossman - 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 5th
- Tori Donovan - 5th, 6th

The LCCC Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association (IHSA) Equestrian Team hosted the first region show of the spring this past weekend in Cheyenne. The two days of showing results in points for every rider:

Anna Bossman – 4th, 1st
Annaliese Kassens – 4th, 2nd
Molly Koslosky – 5th
Devin Nerone – 4th
Tori Donovan – 3rd, 3rd
Michael Plohr – 3rd, 4th
Codi Poole – 1st, 2nd
Ava Wharton – 4th, 1st

Hosting an IHSA show requires a number of volunteers and horse donors. LCCC appreciates those individuals who brought horses for the show including: Ariel Hug, Steve Torrance, Tammy Maas, Christa Nerone, Deeda Randle, Chloe Bright, Caitlyn Garcia, Lanae McDonald, and Kayla Gibson. Volunteers make these events happen and we are grateful for the time of Lanae McDonald, Rachel Kesey, Landon McDonald, Sabrina Johnson, Keira Plymal, Callie Rosner, Abby Morrow, Paul Koslosky, Addy Rosner, the Tellman girls, Addy Riley, Sara and Edith Ann Whitney and the LCCC Ranch Horse Team. The final event in the NWSS Horsemans Challenge is a team relay event. Riding for LCCC are current students and members of the IHSA Equestrian Team - Devin Nerone, Anna Bossman, and Molly Koslosky. Their fourth team member was an LCCC Alumni, Kelsey Madigan-Morris. The team earned 6th out of 12 collegiate teams!

National Western Stock Show (NWSS) Speed Round - Anna Bossman on Eli and Molly Koslosky on Hank riding for LCCC! Both riders completed all obstacles and pointed up for horsemanship. Molly came in just over the time limit while Anna placed 5th in the Collegiate division.

The National Western Horseman’s Challenge provided a challenging, educational, and entertaining opportunity for local and national equestrians to be involved in the NWSS within a growing and evolving discipline. Equine and rider teams faced obstacles and maneuvers testing their horsemanship and confidence in each other. LCCC equestrians participated in the open and the invitational Collegiate Challenge.

At the end of day one, and following the completion of two different obstacle courses, the LCCC riders had placed:
In the Open (out of 71 entries)
- 21st – Molly Koslosky
- 41st – Devin Nerone
- 56th – Anna Bossman
In the Collegiate (out of 24 entries):
- 4th – Molly Koslosky
- 9th – Anna Bossman

Molly Koslosky rode Hank, owned by Tammy Maas; Anna Bossman rode Eli, owned by Don Beard, and Devin Nerone rode Bella, owned by Christa Nerone.
