Our mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. At the Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Wyoming, we provide a safe, supportive place for kids and teens year-round. Our members take part in a wide range of programs that support academic growth, healthy lifestyles, and leadership

development — from homework help and enrichment activities to sports, arts, mentorship, and character-building experiences. Everything we do is guided by our three core areas: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship. Through strong community partnerships and the dedication of our staff, we ensure our members have the resources, encouragement, and opportunities they need to grow, explore, and succeed. Great futures start here.

Summer is off to a great start at Meadowlark!

Members kicked off their first field trip of the season with a visit to the Nelson Museum of the West, where they explored Western history, discovered unique artifacts, and learned more about the heritage of the American West.

From playing the piano to exploring the wildlife displays and military exhibits, there was plenty to see and experience throughout the day. It was a fun opportunity to learn something new, spend time with friends, and make memories together.

We're excited for all the adventures, learning experiences, and summer fun still to come!

As we look back on another great school year at our Burns Club, we're celebrating the incredible young people who made it so special.

To recognize the kindness, positive choices, and leadership our members demonstrated throughout the year, each youth received a baseball-style card highlighting the impact they made in our Clubhouse. These cards were shared with members, families, and supporters during our Back-A-Kid fundraiser as a way to celebrate the many wins that happen beyond the scoreboard.

One of the highlights of the year came when LCSD2 Superintendent Justin Pierantoni stopped by the Club and invited members to autograph their cards for him. It was a memorable moment that reminded our youth just how much they matter to the community around them.

We're proud of every member who helped make this year one to remember and can't wait to see what they accomplish next.

Yesterday’s breakfast was such a special morning for our Club.

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us, supported the event, and helped make the morning feel meaningful from start to finish.

A special thank you to Ken Garff Cheyenne , whose continued support makes this event possible. This year, we were proud to recognize them as a Founder Society member for all they do for our Club and the youth we serve.

Thank you to Laramie County Community College and Dining Services at LCCC for the amazing food and hospitality, to Orion Jean for sharing such an inspiring message, and to Debbie Martinez Photography LLC for capturing the morning so beautifully.

We are grateful for a community that continues to support great futures for youth across Southeast Wyoming. If you weren’t able to join us this year, we hope to see you next year!

Today, we pause to remember Steve Price, a longtime supporter of the Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Wyoming whose impact on our organization and community will not be forgotten.

Steve had a big heart and cared endlessly about the youth in our community. For years, he generously gave his time, talent, and energy to help support our mission, including serving as the original voice behind our Dancing with the Stars event. His presence became a memorable part of the experience for so many in our community.

Behind every auction, announcement, and moment on stage was someone who truly believed in giving back and helping organizations like ours succeed. Steve’s kindness and genuine care for others left a lasting mark on all who had the privilege of working with him.

He will be deeply missed.
