The 50th annual American Hungarian Educators Association (AHEA) conference starts this week on Thursday.

The latest version of the program includes a map (at the end) showing a schematic drawing of the key locations (and distances) of the conference. The parking garage closest to Mather Mansion is marked on the map as East Garage. The parking deck says "permit only"; don’t let this throw you off. It is a visitor parking deck, so the user must obtain a permit (pull a ticket on the way in) to park there.

The childhood memoir of 2021, previously published in English and Hebrew, of AHEA member Professor Ilana Rosen, Ben Gurion University, Dept. of Hebrew Literature is coming out these days in Hungarian, by Múlt és Jövő. Stay tuned for an announcement of a book launch sometime around next May-June in Budapest.
