Catherine Mills is a respected leader in Canada's environmental consulting industry, bringing more than 20 years of experience in business strategy, operations, and corporate growth. She is currently the Vice President of Business & Strategy at ECOH Management, a prominent Environmental Consulting firm. In this role, she oversees a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including organizational strategy, driving business performance, and leading initiatives that support long-term growth and innovation.

With a stellar track record, she stands out for her ability to craft critical and high-level strategies crucial for the effective management of environmental projects. Her extensive experience collaborating with stakeholders at every corporate level uniquely positions her to spearhead successful outcomes in intricate initiatives.

Throughout her illustrious career, she has showcased exceptional multitasking abilities, successfully orchestrating large-scale projects. Her influence extends beyond borders, as she has played pivotal roles in the identification, feasibility analysis, and negotiation of substantial environmental projects spanning both Canada and the USA.

Beyond her role as VP of Business & Strategy, she actively engages in various industry initiatives. Proudly seated on the Board of Directors for the Environmental Abatement Council of Canada (EACC), she also chairs the Marketing Committee, showcasing her commitment to advancing the industry. Additionally, she is an enthusiastic member of Toronto CREW, further highlighting her dedication to professional development.

Adding to her portfolio, she now also serves as the President of the Environmental Information Association. She is working alongside industry leaders to strengthen collaboration, promote professional excellence, and support the continued growth of the environmental industry.
