Chestertown Jazz Festival Chestertown Jazz Festival
Wilmer Riverside Park
Chestertown, MD

After a six year hiatus, the Chestertown Jazz Festival returned to Maryland's Eastern Shore in September of 2012 as Emcee Miyuki Williams, host of WPFW's "Sunday Kind of Love" jazz program oversaw a full day of phenomenal live jazz performances by groups like the 100 Voice Choir, Joe Holt Trio, Felicia Carter and Amy Shook, Project Natale, Giacamo Gates, and headliner Frederic Yonnet. Now, each September the Chestertown Jazz Festival Committee comes together with the Garfield Center for the Arts to host the re-imagined Chestertown Jazz Festival in Wilmer Park, along the lovely Chester River in Chestertown, MD.

I saw some donations come in today to help cover the remaining expenses of our final Jazz Festival, and I can’t tell you how much it warmed my heart. Thank you to everyone who has given. ❤️

We still have a long way to go, and every amount helps. If you’re able to give, we would be so grateful. I know times are hard, so please don’t feel pressured. Your kind words and support mean so much to me, too.
