Our second Guest of Honor for this years 2026 Skills and Scrimmage Event is Lorenzo "ZO" Dalla, a player for the Chesterfield Falcons Hockey organization.

Lorenzo “Zo” Dalla is an 9-year-old boy who loves ice hockey, playing hockey, watching hockey, hockey cards, and all things hockey!!!! He is also a cancer survivor who beat Burkitt's lymphoma, a rare and aggressive type of cancer that affects the lymphatic system and can spread quickly to other organs.

In April 2023, Lorenzo started to feel sick we took him to see the doctor, who ran some tests and confirmed Lorenzo had Burkitt's lymphoma. Lorenzo was immediately admitted to the Children's Hospital, where he began a rigorous treatment regimen that included chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and surgery. After months of intense treatment, Lorenzo finally got to ring the bell. He still has to go for regular check-ups and scans, but he is in remission, which means that there was no sign of cancer in his body.

Make sure you've registered for the event and come out to support our players as they raise funds to help fuel these donations for incredible players like Zo. This is our why. Let's make this year the best year yet!

We're excited to announce one of our two Guests of Honor for our 2026 Skills and Scrimmage Event. First up is The Moore Family in Honor of the late Tim Moore.

Tim was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a grade 4 brain tumor, in May of 2024. He endured two craniotomies, one laser surgery, two rounds of radiation, countless medications and infusions, and several hospital stays beyond his surgeries. Through it all, he never lost his faith. He faced each day with optimism, courage, and determination. On October 27th, his health challenges came to an end, but his legacy will last forever!

We are so incredibly proud of our boys, Tanner (8) and Austin (5), for the resilience and strength they showed while navigating so many changes in our home in such a short period of time. And now, they are bravely learning how to do life without their dad by their side.

Make sure you've registered for the event and come out to support our players as they fundraise to support our community with amazing people like Tim. This is our why. Let's make this year the best year yet!
