📅 MARK YOUR CALENDARS!

Joint county and schools district meetings will be held to share information on the upcoming 1% sales tax referendum. Community members will have the opportunity to ask staff and elected officials questions about the proposed 1% sales tax and how it will address school facility needs.

6-7:30 p.m.

Sept. 3- Meadowbrook HS (Dale District)
Sept. 9- Midlothian HS (Midlothian District)
Sept. 14- Clover Hill HS (Clover Hill District)
Sept. 16- Thomas Dale HS (Bermuda District)
Sept. 17- Manchester HS (Matoaca District)

The 2026-2027 school year is just around the corner. Are you ready? Help prepare your child for the new school year at our Back to School Bash at Beulah Recreation Center on Saturday, Aug. 8.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., all students K-12 can receive free backpacks, school supplies and haircuts. Girls who attend the event with their hair already washed can receive a basic hairstyle.

Enjoy free crafts, games, activities and food.

This event is free and for students ages 5 to 17 years old.
