Virginia just crossed a dangerous line. Governor Abigail Spanberger signed SB 749 / HB 1524 into law, banning the sale, manufacture, import, and transfer of many commonly owned semi automatic fi****ms and standard capacity magazines starting July 1, 2026.

Millions of law abiding Americans own these fi****ms for self defense, sport shooting, hunting, and constitutional protection.

Criminals will ignore this law like they ignore every other law, while citizens lose more of their rights piece by piece.

This is exactly why people warned about “common sense” gun control turning into outright bans.

The politicians pushing this know full well these fi****ms are in common use across the country.

I fully expect lawsuits to be filed immediately challenging this law under the Second Amendment and recent Supreme Court rulings.

The Constitution is not optional. Rights do not disappear because politicians think they know better than the people.

Virginia voters need to remember who supported this.

🚨Hard Truth Alert 🚨

Absolutely heartbreaking. Two lives gone just like that, and now those kids are left to carry something no child should ever have to deal with.

That’s the part that hits the hardest. Their world is changed forever. Keep them in your prayers,they’re the real victims in all of this.

Now here’s the part people don’t want to talk about… the irony. Fairfax supported red flag laws, laws that are supposed to stop situations exactly like this. In fact, he casted his tie-breaking vote to pass it.. And yet this still happened. (I fought against red flags)

That’s not me being political, that’s just reality. It shows real quick that you can’t legislate away what’s going on inside someone’s mind.

I’ve said it before and I’ll stand on it, mental health is the real issue we keep ignoring. You can throw laws at a problem all day long, but if you’re not addressing the person behind it, nothing changes.

This isn’t about left or right. It’s about facing the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable. And right now, the truth is, we’re missing the bigger problem.

Mental illness, not the tool that was utilized to carry out this tragic event.

Virginia’s grassroots gun rights movement is gearing up again, and it’s time to make our voices heard!

The Second Amendment Sanctuary movement that swept through Virginia localities in 2019-2020 saw thousands of citizens show up to Board and Council meetings to demand their communities protect our constitutional rights, leading to the vast majority of counties and cities passing 2A Sanctuary resolutions.

Now, with new threats on our freedoms resurfacing in 2025-2026, we are urging you to reconnect with our local officials, remind them of the promises they made, and ask them to reaffirm or adopt meaningful sanctuary resolutions that protect the right to keep and bear arms.

This is about more than just words on paper, it’s about accountability and community action.

Calling on gun owners and defenders of liberty to attend local meetings, present model resolutions, and respectfully push for elected leaders to uphold their oath to defend our rights.

Whether your locality has already passed a sanctuary resolution or hasn’t yet, this is a chance to stand up again to protect our families and freedoms from overreach.
