Coming Soon to a School Near You! 🎨🔬

CAAT in the School is bringing creativity, hands-on learning, and new opportunities for students right into the school day.

Through engaging activities in creative arts, crafts, and STEM, students are encouraged to explore their interests, express themselves, build new skills, and discover the joy of learning.

From creating works of art to experimenting with hands-on STEM activities, CAAT helps students develop the creativity, curiosity, and confidence they need to imagine—and build—their futures.

Keep an eye out for CAAT in the School at your school!

The Shine House Jacket Jam was such a vibe! Our girls had an amazing time blinging out their jean jackets, showing off their creativity, and making new friends along the way.

Of course, we had to add a little karaoke! There were lots of laughs, photos, and proud moments as everyone showed off their finished creations.

We loved seeing the girls connect, create, and just have FUN together. 💖 We can’t wait to see everyone at the next Shine House event!

Get ready for a fun back-to-school event where kids can bring a jean jacket and let their creativity shine! 🎨

This Friday from 5–8 PM, kids can design their own one-of-a-kind jacket, enjoy some fun with friends, and take part in a backpack and school supply giveaway to help kick off the new school year. 🎒📓

☀️ Summer may be winding down, but we’re still celebrating an incredible camp season! 💛

As Tara Jones, CEO, shared:

“Camp was absolutely amazing, field trips every week. It was amazing to see them make new friends, speak in public for the first time, and grow as individuals. They were always busy with activities like cursive writing, cooking, sign language, dance, STEM, Girl Scouts, arts and crafts, etc. We ended with a performance and dinner with our families. They were chanting, ‘One more week!’ Nope… see you all next year! LOL. With Love" ❤️

And we couldn’t have said it better! From exciting field trips and hands-on activities to new friendships, new skills, and newfound confidence, our campers made so many wonderful memories this summer.

While we’re definitely going to miss camp, we’re also looking forward to the start of a new school year and welcoming everyone back as many of our programs begin again! 📚✨ We can’t wait to see familiar faces, reconnect with our families, and get back to doing what we love—creating opportunities for our community to learn, grow, and thrive.

💚 What a summer it’s been!

Double Dutch Wednesdays at Memorial Park brought our community together all summer long for fun, fitness, and fellowship! From first-time jumpers to those showing off their skills, participants of all ages had the chance to learn, move, laugh, and enjoy the art of Double Dutch.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us week after week — and a special shoutout to all the parents who jumped right in and supported the program. Your energy and enthusiasm helped make every Wednesday a success!

As we wrap up our final session this week, the fun doesn’t stop here. Stay tuned for more Double Dutch opportunities coming in late fall!

🎳 Summer Camp Check-In ☀️

Our next Summer Camp Check-In takes us to July 16, when our CAATs Summer Camp spent the day at Bowlero!

Campers had a blast bowling, but the fun didn't stop there! They turned the outing into a science lesson by measuring their temperature, oxygen levels, and pulse before and after bowling to see how physical activity affects the body. 🧪💙 Afterward, they enjoyed the arcade, where many campers walked away with some awesome plushie prizes! 🧸🏆

🔬✨ Summer Camp Check-In! ✨🔬

Throwing it back to July 9, when our CAATs Summer Camp visited the Museum of Science in Queens, NY! 🧪🫧

Our campers explored interactive exhibits, created giant bubbles, built creative structures, and even enjoyed a round of mini-golf. It was a day filled with hands-on learning, laughter, and new discoveries!
