The Village of Chester PBA is sad to announce the passing of Police Officer John "Jack" Courtenay. Jack was a homegrown member of the Chester community serving with distinction and pride in both the Town and Village Police departments and as a volunteer firefighter for over 20 years.

Jack has touched many lives in his career. It was an honor and privilege for our membership to work with Jack.

His services will be at Flynn Funeral Home 139 Stage Rd Monroe, NY 10950 on July 23rd visitation will be conducted from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The 7 to 9 p.m. service will include a police and fire service.

A church service will be conducted at St Columba Church at 11 a.m. on July 24th.
