Homeowner's Association Summit

The department held a HOA meeting at the Township building. A dinner was provided for all those in attendance. There were approximately fifteen representatives from the various HOA’s. Officer David Stitler is assigned as the liaison with all of the HOA’s. This regular link of communication is important. HOA’s are the closest form of government that is in the community. They are often the first to detect a problem within the community.

Keeping them as strong working partners is important. There were general discussions regarding social media, outside residents using their facilities and physical lighting in their communities. Other questions were contacting the police for specific non-emergency events. The meeting lasted for approximately two hours.

The Board has entered into an agreement with Infra-Crete for the repair and replacement of portions of our sidewalks. When the work begins, early this spring, we will use Facebook and email to communicate the schedule as we know it. Any damage or defacing (including but not limited to hand prints or initials) put into wet concrete will be billed back to that homeowner. Please help us by keeping an eye on any pads replaced in front of your home. Also some uneven pads will be grinded - this process involves a machine that controls dust but is noisy. The HOA is committed to keeping our community looking it's best and reminds all homeowners that tree maintenance and snow removal of the curbs is the homeowners responsibility. Thank you.

Just a reminder - Per the Association's Rules & Regulations, holiday decorations must be removed within thirty (30) days following the holiday. This applies to all Holidays.

Good Afternoon! Happy 2018 Everyone! I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the snow. I wanted to remind everyone that there is NO PARKING on township roadways during snow storms. Officers have the discretion and will write parking tickets if your vehicle is parked on the roadways during any snow events. Please make sure you make arrangements in advance if you have several cars or limited parking. Vehicles are also subject to being towed at the owners expense. The township ordinance is for parking during snow events can be found on the township website. Also please make sure you report suspicious activity right away rather than wait. At least one officer is on duty at any given time and will respond ASAP. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.

Please forward this to everyone in your HOA. Thank You
