Riverbound Farm QVAS A chapter of the National Audubon Society, Riverbound Farm is 23.4 acres of diverse habitat, well-maintained trails, & a seasonal Nature Center.

The property was bequeathed by Esther Tappert Mortensen in 1989.

The QVAS property, Riverbound Farm Sanctuary, is located at 1881 Cheshire Street, Cheshire. The Nature Center is open the 3rd Sunday of every month 11am - 4pm from April to November. The grounds are open daily, dawn until dusk. The program listed below will take place in the nature center or on the grounds. Hope to see you soon!

Chris Fagan will lead a Tree Identification Walk at Riverbound Farm Sanctuary on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 1:30 p.m.

Chris will discuss trees in that intermediate stage of leaf drop and bud development as well other identification techniques as we walk the trails.

Please wear proper footwear for trails.

Free and "Open" to everyone.
The Museum/Nature Center will be "Open" from 11 am - 4pm
