DAY TWO — READ BEFORE YOU COMMENT
We launched Generation Vote only two days ago and negativity has already tried to show up. On top of that, I have already received a notification that someone attempted to hack this page. Ask yourself, who would want to hack a page that is simply encouraging young people to vote?
I have already received multiple suspicious messages from fake accounts trying to get me to log in through their links so they can gain access to this platform. That alone should tell you that somebody does not want this message to spread.

🟪 This is a VOTER page
Generation Vote exists to encourage people ages 18 to 35 to register and to actually vote. We are not telling anyone who to vote for. We are not debating candidates. We are not arguing politics. We are building a generation that participates.
🚫 Any disrespectful or argumentative comment will be deleted
🚫 Any person bringing negativity will be blocked
🚫 It does not matter which side you represent, disrespect is not welcome
There are many youth-based political pages that clearly state what party they represent. That is not what this is. This is a purple page. All are welcome. Respect is mandatory.
If you want to contribute, post something that helps young people vote
✔ links to voter registration
✔ statistics encouraging turnout
✔ information about deadlines or locations
✔ motivation to participate in elections
Young voters, wake up. It is time to exercise our right to vote. I am not telling you who to vote for, but it is obvious that someone does not want this message coming from this platform. I cannot wait for the election to be over so the real work of Generation Vote can begin without the noise.
Generation Vote is about one thing — a generation that uses its voice.
