🤝 Nikki Dietz (GBP PTA President) and I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Brubaker this morning. We advocated for the importance of the PTA in our district! Dr. Brubaker is very supportive of the PTA, and even cited the history of the PTA’s involvement in the federal school lunch program. We can’t wait to see how his leadership will continue to strengthen the bond between CPS and PTA.

🐾 We also had the pleasure of listening to several Great Bridge High School students talk about what makes Great Bridge special. Their love and pride for this community was incredibly inspiring. I’m VERY proud my children are Great Bridge Wildcats, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve this incredible community as the GBI PTA President.

Did you know the National PTA has its own podcast?? The National PTA website has a lot of valuable resources for families. Our PTA pays local, state, and national dues. So, joining the GBI PTA not only helps support us directly, it also helps support these initiatives at a state and national level!
