Where 181 custom homes meet 86 acres of lush, wooded landscapes. Welcome home. However, the true allure lies in the properties themselves.

Since 2002, we’ve built more than a neighborhood—we’ve grown a thriving community rooted in friendly charm and timeless elegance. Greystone is a community located in Chesapeake, Virginia that aims to foster information exchange among its residents, as well as their friends and family. 181 homes situated on 86 acres of woodlands, this sprawling community offers a convenient location near important

amenities such as Chesapeake General Hospital, Sentara Norfolk and Sentara Virginia Beach Hospitals, and various military bases including NAS Oceana, Naval Base Norfolk, and the Coast Guard Finance Center. The Greystone community boasts four acres of dedicated play areas, providing residents with ample space for recreational activities. Most single-family homes in Greystone feature luxurious amenities such as custom cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, first-floor master suites, built-in bookshelves, sunrooms, fenced yards, hardwood flooring, security systems, natural gas heating systems, kitchen pantries, lofts, and more. Lavish living is the prevailing theme throughout the neighborhood. The southeastern region of Virginia, where Greystone is located, is a vibrant area with plenty of activities to offer. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the 18-hole course at Greenbrier Country Club, which also provides facilities for swimming, tennis, fitness, and dining. Those seeking inspiration for their own landscaping endeavors can explore the beautiful Chesapeake Arboretum and admire the stunning variety of trees. Visiting Greystone itself allows one to experience firsthand why this neighborhood stands out from the rest. The properties here are not just visually pleasing but also secure and elegant architectural gems that warmly welcome residents home each day. The abundant land, wooded surroundings, lushness, and desirable lifestyle can all become part of one's life with a new home in Greystone.

🌳 A Quick Reminder from the City of Chesapeake 🌳

The City recently shared a quick video reminder that local code requires grass and weeds to be maintained at 10 inches or less to keep our neighborhoods safe and beautiful.

Fortunately, overlong lawns are rarely an issue here in Greystone thanks to everyone keeping up with their yards so beautifully! But if you're curious about the specific city guidelines or need to use the city's request portal, you can check out their short video here:https://www.facebook.com/share/v/15s61Cge7ni/

Hi Greystone neighbors,
Arvin Gobz posted earlier today that someone left a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses on top of a mailbox in the neighborhood. Given the recent string of neighborhood vandalism and car break-ins last night, there is a strong chance these may have been stolen from a neighbor's vehicle and dumped.
If you look closely at image, you can see the specific style of the tortoiseshell frames and the brown leather case.
If these belong to you, or if you know whose car they might have been taken from, please reach out so we can get them back to their rightful owner. Let's keep looking out for one another!
