And this Thanksgiving, we want them to know that THEIR COMMUNITY SEES THEM, VALUES THEM, AND APPRECIATES THEM! 🥹🧡

🍂🥘🍽️ THIS IS MORE THAN A MEAL.

It’s a THANK YOU. ❤️

It’s a reminder that their sacrifices don’t go unnoticed. 🫶

It’s a community coming together to give back to the people who give so much of themselves every single day. 💕

🌙💙🥣✨ AN EPIC NIGHT SHIFT LOVE DROP! ✨🥣💙🌙

Tonight was something truly special. ❤️✨🥹💙

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Amy Markman and SOUP LOVE 🥣❤️, Care4frontline 💙 had the privilege of delivering an absolutely HUGE Soup Love Drop to the amazing NIGHT SHIFT at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital !🌙🏥💙✨🙌

And when we say Night Shift… we mean ALL OF NIGHT SHIFT! 🙌🙌🙌💙🌙

🥣 MORE THAN 100 QUARTS OF SOUP made their way throughout the hospital tonight! 🤯🥣❤️👏

We were fortunate enough to reach EVERY SINGLE CLINICAL UNIT throughout the hospital! 🏥💙🥣✨

From the Emergency Department 🚑🚨 to ICU 🫀, CCU ❤️, Stepdown 🩺, Med-Surg 💉, Oncology 🎗️, Behavioral Health 💚, and all the units in between! 🏥💙🌙✨

And this Love Drop wasn’t just for one discipline. ❤️ It was for the incredible village of people who keep a hospital running through the night. 🌙🏥💪💙

👩‍⚕️🧑‍⚕️ Nurses
💙 PCTs
🚑 ED Techs
🫁 Respiratory Therapy
💉 IV Team
💪 Rehab
🏥 Patient Care Supervisors
✨🙌 And so many others caring for patients behind the scenes!

A HUGE shout-out to the Patient Care Supervisors 👏👏👏💙 who were absolutely instrumental in helping us coordinate this massive delivery 🚚🥣 and making sure the Soup Love reached teams throughout the hospital. 🏥❤️🌙

We truly could not have done it without you! 🙌💙👏✨

And OH, THE SOUP! 🤤🥣❤️🥣❤️🥣

Tonight’s delicious lineup included:

🎃🥣 Butternut Squash
🍅🥣 Tomato
🇮🇹🫘🥣 Tuscan Bean
🥦🧀🥣 Broccoli Cheddar
🥕🌽🌿🥣 Harvest Vegetable
🥒🌱🥣 Cucumber Dill

More than 100 quarts of delicious comfort! 🥣🥣🥣😍❤️

But Soup Love didn’t stop with the soup! 🙌❤️

For anyone who wasn’t feeling soup tonight, there were also delicious, healthy bags of veggie chips 🥒🍅🌽😋 — made from vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers and corn — so there was something for everyone to grab and enjoy! 🛍️💚✨

🥣 Grab a soup.
🥒 Grab some veggie chips.
💙 Take a little Love Drop home with you after your shift.

Because everyone deserves a little something. ❤️🌙

Comfort food in the truest sense of the word. 🥣❤️🤗🏡

There’s something especially meaningful about bringing comfort to the people who spend their nights comforting everyone else. 🥹💙🌙🩺

🌙 While our community sleeps 😴💤… they stay awake. 👀🩺

💙 While families go home for the night 🏡… they remain at the bedside. 🛏️❤️

🩺 They answer call bells 🔔, hang medications 💉, draw labs 🩸, respond to emergencies 🚨, comfort frightened patients 🤝❤️, support worried families 🫂, watch monitors 🖥️, turn patients 🛏️, troubleshoot IVs 💉, respond to codes 🚨❤️‍🩹, and keep an entire hospital moving until the sun comes up. 🌅🏥💙

Night Shift takes care of our loved ones while the rest of us sleep. 🌙😴❤️🩺

And tonight, we had the opportunity to take care of THEM — even if only with a quart of beautiful, homemade soup 🥣❤️ or a delicious bag of veggie chips 🥒🍅🌽 waiting to go home with them after a long shift. 🌙➡️🌅➡️🏡💙

To the incredible Amy Markman and Soup Love — THANK YOU! 🙏❤️🥣💐👏

Your generosity allowed us to spread warmth 🤗, nourishment 🥣, kindness ❤️ and appreciation 💙 through an entire hospital tonight. 🏥✨🌙

What you gave was so much more than soup. 🥣❤️

It was a reminder to hundreds of healthcare workers that their community sees them 👀💙, values them 🤗❤️, and appreciates what they do — especially during those long overnight hours when most of the world isn’t watching. 🌙✨🩺🏥

From all of us at Care4frontline 💙💙💙…

🌙💙 TO THE NIGHT SHIFT: WE SEE YOU. 👀
❤️🩺 WE APPRECIATE YOU. 🙏
🥣🤗 WE THANK YOU. 💙
✨❤️ AND TONIGHT, WE HOPE YOU FELT THE LOVE. ❤️✨

🌙🏥🩺💙🥣 Because the people who spend their nights caring for others deserve to be cared for, too. 🥣💙🩺🏥🌙

08/27/2026

🍲💕❤️ OUR LOVE DROP HAS A NEW DATE! ❤️💕🍲

📣 Sometimes even LOVE needs a rain check! ☔️💗🍲

Our SOUP LOVE × Care4frontline LOVE DROP originally planned for this week had to be rescheduled — but don’t worry! 🥰 The soup 🍲, the love ❤️ and ALL that gratitude 🙏 are still coming!

📅 NEXT WEEK we’re 🚗🚙delivering an incredible 100 QUARTS of artisan soup 🍲🍲🍲 to the frontline teams at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital! 🏥🩺❤️🙌

And there’s something especially meaningful about this Love Drop. 💕✨

❤️ Some people spend their lives finding different ways to care for others. ❤️

Sometimes that care happens at a bedside. 🏥🩺🤲
Sometimes it happens on an ambulance. 🚑❤️
Sometimes it’s sitting beside a frightened patient or family and simply saying, “I’m here.” 🤝💕🙏

And sometimes…

🍲❤️ IT COMES IN A QUART OF SOUP. ❤️🍲

👩‍🍳💕 Behind Soup Love is Amy Markman— an amazing local female entrepreneur whose connection to healthcare makes this collaboration beautifully full-circle. 🔄❤️

Long before Amy was creating delicious artisan soups 🍅🥕🥦🍲, she was caring for this community herself. 🩺❤️

🚑 She spent nearly two decades serving with the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad and working at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital, with a professional background that included medical social work, geriatric care and respiratory care. 🏥🫁❤️

So when Soup Love says its soup is “made with love,” 💕🍲 there’s a much bigger story behind those words.

❤️ Caring for people has always been part of Amy’s story. ❤️

Today, she has transformed a passion that began in her own kitchen 🏡🥣 into a thriving, women-owned local business. 👩‍🍳💪💕✨

But the mission still feels remarkably familiar:

❤️ Comfort people.
🥕🍲 Nourish people.
🤲💕 Take care of people.

And THAT is what makes this Love Drop so special. 💗✨🍲

There’s something universally comforting about soup. 🥣❤️

🍲 It’s what we bring when someone is sick.
👩‍👧 It’s what our mothers and grandmothers made when we needed taking care of.
🔥 It warms us.
🥕 It nourishes us.
❤️ And somehow, it makes a difficult day feel just a little bit better.

Next week, that comfort is going to the people who spend their shifts providing comfort to everyone else. 🏥🩺❤️🤲

👩‍⚕️ The nurses.
🩺 The techs.
👨‍⚕️ The physicians.
🫁 The respiratory therapists.
🧪 The laboratory teams.
📋 The support staff.
💻 The non-clinical teams.
🏥 And ALL the people who keep a hospital running 24/7. 🌙☀️❤️

They hold hands. 🤝💕
They calm fears. 🫂❤️
They relieve pain. 🩺
They wipe tears. 😢🤲
They answer questions. 💬
They reassure families. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️
They show up when people need them most. 🙏

And for once…

💗🍲 THE CAREGIVERS GET TO BE CARED FOR. 🍲💗

There is something incredibly beautiful about Amy giving back to the healthcare community that was once her own. 🥹❤️🔄

🩺 Healthcare provider
⬇️❤️
👩‍🍳 Entrepreneur
⬇️❤️
🍲 Now feeding the people who continue that work today.

✨❤️ THAT’S NOT JUST SOUP. ❤️✨

🍲💕 THAT’S LOVE COMING FULL CIRCLE. 💕🍲

Amy, THANK YOU 🙏❤️ for remembering your roots 🌱, supporting our healthcare community 🏥 and believing, as we do, that taking care of the people who take care of everyone else matters. 🤲❤️🩺

🍲🍲 100 QUARTS OF ARTISAN SOUP
💕💕 ONE DELICIOUS LOVE DROP
🏥❤️ Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital
📅✨ COMING NEXT WEEK!

Because sometimes comfort is something you give at the bedside. 🩺🤝❤️

And sometimes…

🍲❤️💕 COMFORT COMES BY THE QUART. 💕❤️🍲

08/23/2026

🍲🌙💙 ANOTHER SOUP LOVE DROP — AND THIS ONE IS JUST FOR SVBGH NIGHT SHIFT! 💙🌙🍲

We are SO excited to share another incredibly generous donation from our friends at Soup Love! ❤️ This time, they’re donating an amazing 150 QUARTS of handcrafted artisan 🧑🏼‍🍳😋😍soup 🥣💕for the SVBGH Night Shift! 🏥🌙✨

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 And here’s what makes this Love ❤️ Drop even better: each quart serves approximately 2–4 people! So this isn’t just something to grab for yourself — take it home and share it with your family. ❤️🏡🍲

After spending the night🫶🏥 taking care of everyone else, how wonderful is it to head 🚗🏡home knowing there’s a delicious meal ready for YOU? 🥰 And for us night-shifters, whether you call it dinner or breakfast… we don’t judge! 😂🌙☀️

❄️ The soups arrive frozen and ready to take home, so you can enjoy yours right away or tuck it into the freezer for one of those days when cooking is the LAST thing you want to do. 🙌

And this Love Drop isn’t only for clinical staff! 🩺❤️

🏥 Clinical AND non-clinical teams keep SVBGH running 24/7, and we want this love reaching people throughout the hospital — from the bedside to the people working behind the scenes. 💙

🌱🥕 Soup Love creates its artisan soups in small batches using fresh, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, including local ingredients whenever possible — clean, simple food made from real ingredients and prepared with care. ❤️🍲

Some of the incredible Soup Love varieties we’ve shared include:

🥕🍅 Harvest Vegetable — packed with seasonal vegetable goodness
🥒🌿 Chilled Cucumber — light, fresh and refreshing
🥕🧅 Roasted Roots — hearty, earthy and comforting
🥩🥕 Beef Vegetable — a classic, satisfying bowl of comfort

Wow!! This is fire 🔥!! So good 😊! What was your favorite SOUP LOVE 💕 soup from Thursday’s love ❤️ drop at Sentara Leigh Hospital?!

08/08/2026

One more shoutout to SOUP LOVE and why their donation was so meaningful

🍕 There’s a big difference between a “pizza party” from management and a meal delivered by the community.

And I think that difference matters.

Healthcare workers expect leadership to provide the things we need to safely do our jobs.

Adequate staffing.
Appropriate equipment.
Necessary supplies.
Safe working conditions.
Functional processes.
Support when things go wrong.

Food should never be used as a substitute for fixing those things.

🍕 Pizza doesn’t fix unsafe staffing.
🥪 Sandwiches don’t replace missing equipment.
🍪 Cookies don’t solve burnout.
🥗 Lunch doesn’t make chronic system problems disappear.

That is leadership’s responsibility.

But when the community shows up with food?

That feels completely different. ❤️

When a local restaurant, small business, nonprofit, family, or individual says:

“We see what you’re doing in there. We know it’s hard. We appreciate you. We wanted to feed you.”

That isn’t an attempt to compensate for something that should have been provided.

It’s gratitude.

And there is something incredibly meaningful about knowing that people outside the hospital walls are thinking about the people working inside them.

Through Care4frontline, we’ve seen what happens when food is chosen specifically with healthcare workers in mind.

🥣 Something warm after a difficult shift.
🥗 Something fresh when you’ve been running for hours.
🥪 Something you can grab quickly between patients.
🍲 Something substantial for the night shift.
🍪 And sometimes something sweet because, frankly, it’s been a day.

It isn’t always pizza.

It’s soups, salads, bowls, sandwiches, breakfast, desserts, culturally diverse foods, healthy options, comfort foods—and meals prepared by local businesses that genuinely want healthcare workers to feel cared for.

And yes, food matters.

Not because healthcare workers need to be rewarded for doing their jobs.

Not because a meal fixes the problems in healthcare.

But because being seen matters.

There is a very important difference between:

“Here’s pizza instead of addressing the problem.”

and

“We know you’re working incredibly hard. Your community sees you. Let us feed you today.”

One is a substitute for leadership.

The other is an act of gratitude. ❤️

And the frontline knows the difference.

Soup 🥣💕Love is at Hilltop in Va Beach. Go check them out and let’s show them some love ❤️
