TEFTY A group of Jewish teens to have fun and make connections at Temple Emanuel Our teens support their synagogue, their community,and their world, including Israel.

Temple Emanuel Federation of Temple Youth, TEFTY, is a strong, active branch of Temple Emanuel. TEFTY is led by a dedicated executive board of officers. Monthly activities include two special Youth Group Shabbat services and family dinners, bake sales, and an awesome Purim Carnival. Rock climbing, ice skating....social events are always vibrant and exciting. TEFTY is part of our Reform movement’s

regional youth group, NFTY-PAR, Pennsylvania Region. NFTY-PAR offers six annual conventions where our teens meet over one-hundred peers to live Jewishly and learn effectively how to be leaders and helpers. TEFTY enriches the lives of all teens who participate in the myriad of events and projects, services and programs. Awareness and commitment form the foundation for our future leaders. Flyers will be sent for eachmonth’s activities; please note the dates and plan to participate.

All 8th through 11th graders should register for HAG/MAC today!!! And if it is your first NFTY event, it only costs $50 for you to attend! For everyone else, the cost is $220. Everyone must attend! You will regret it if you don't!

Hi everyone! Just a reminder that the TEFTY Jr. Shul-in will be on April 20-21! It is open to all jewish 5th-7th graders and will be held at temple emanuel! Also, if you are not a 5th-7th grader but you have younger siblings that are, please urge them to attend! We are planing on having an awesome night filled with games and activities! More information including forms will be out soon!
