Waldwick High School Baseball is hosting a special fundraising game against Hawthorne Public Schools benefiting Go4theGoal. This game will also serve as a tribute to a Waldwick player who is battling cancer. We are grateful to both teams for Lacing Up this Wednesday for something much bigger than a ballgame.
To the coaches, players, and families- thank you. Have a great game!
⚾️ WARRIOR STRONG - LACE UP FOR A CAUSE! ⚾️
Waldwick High School Varsity Baseball invites the entire community to a very special night on the diamond this Wednesday, April 29th at 6:30 PM.
We are taking on Hawthorne High School, but this game is about much more than the scoreboard. We are teaming up with Go4theGoal to support kids battling cancer including one of our own.
⚾️The First Pitch: Join us in cheering on WHS Senior Oscar Quinlan as he throws out the ceremonial first pitch! Oscar is currently a true Warrior in his own battle against Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
🟡 Lace Up: Players from both teams will be wearing gold laces to honor pediatric cancer awareness.
🔵Eat for a Cause:
Classics Food Truck: Donating ALL revenue from the game!
Merry’s Ice Cream Truck: Donating $1.00 for every treat sold!
Charity Snack Stand: 100% of proceeds go to Go4theGoal.
🎵 The Vibes: Music and play-by-play by DJ Mike Goodell.
WHERE: Waldwick High School Baseball Field
WHEN: Wednesday, April 29th @ 6:30 PM
Let’s pack the stands, wear our gold, and show Oscar and the Go4theGoal Foundation what Warrior Nation is all about! 💛💙
