Hey guys, the ACM officers would like you to fill out this survey to find out when you all would like to meet! We are planning to have more meetings this month and to make it fun! In coordination with advisers and the cyber club we wanted to make sure there were no conflicts with both club meeting times as well as conflicts with senior capstone and project . Sunkissunlimited is a company that reached out to us on a deal for Christmas present ideas. The company sells drink cups that are thermal sensitive, changing the logo on the cup based on the heat of the drink / how filled up it is. It's a neat little gift that is different from the usual coffee mugs, and have the logo of our university. If you were not able to make the last meeting of the year here are some important highlights:

- Next quarter the club will have less formal, weekly meetings that will focus more on working on the club VR project.

- Before the break, download Unity 3D and Visual Studio (free until the end of the quarter) so that you can start to play with them over the break to prepare for the project. - We will be working with the Mobius Science Center next quarter! There will be a possible field trip in either January or February and the club will be creating and running a fun workshop at the science center likely sometime in March.

Attention ALL!

I am in dire need of four or five volunteers who aren't participating in the contest on Saturday, to help with the operations of the ACM contest.

Your jobs would include:
Running balloons to contestants
Handing out packets
Directing people
Some setup
Management of food
etc.

You will be able to watch what goes on in a programming contest, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided, and you can add volunteer work to your resume.

You will need to be available from 8am - 5 or 6pm
