$165 Per Patient. Per Month. But There’s a Catch.

Let's talk about the number nobody puts in the webinar description.
For a Medicare patient enrolled in both chronic care management and remote patient monitoring, the base code stack (CCM's first 20 minutes, the RPM device supply month, and the RPM interactive time) runs roughly $165 per patient, per month at 2026 national averages. Add-on time codes go higher. Your locality adjusts the number up or down.

Run that across a panel of 100 eligible patients and you're looking at a line of recurring revenue most independent practices don't have.
