As Disability Pride Month comes to a close, we're celebrating two remarkable longtime members of the Chelsea Disability Commission who continue to make our community more inclusive.

Congratulations to Susan Backstrom and Alex Floyd-Vargas, who were honored by State Representative Judith Garcia with official citations from the Massachusetts House of Representatives in recognition of their years of service and advocacy.

Thank you, Susan and Alex, for helping make Chelsea a place where everyone belongs.
